Q: I lost my progress or account. What should I do?
A: If you logged in using Google, Apple, or Guest account, try logging in with the same method again. Still facing issues? Email us at support@sirragames.com.
Q: I made a purchase but didn’t receive the item.
A: Please contact us with your purchase receipt, player ID, and time of purchase. We’ll verify and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Q: How can I delete my account or data?
A: Go to Settings > Delete Account inside the app. Alternatively, email us at support@sirragames.com with your player ID.
