Sirra Games reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, or otherwise limit your access to any of our games and services, including but not limited to Seep King and Thulla Masters, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, if we suspect or determine that you have violated our rules, exploited bugs, engaged in fraudulent or unauthorized activities, or otherwise acted in a manner that is unlawful, harmful, or detrimental to the experience of other players or the integrity of our games. Sirra Games is not obligated to provide refunds or compensation of any kind for any virtual items, in-game currency, or progress lost as a result of such actions.
Sirra Games strives to provide a smooth and fair experience across all of our games, including Seep King and Thulla Masters. In general, all purchases of in-app products and in-game currency are considered final and non-refundable. However, we may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds in cases where there is a verified issue on our side, such as a purchased product not being delivered to the player’s account. We may also provide refunds or compensation for losses of in-game currency due to confirmed bugs, if requested. Refund requests are evaluated individually, and Sirra Games reserves the right to deny any request that does not meet these conditions.
Sirra Games reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of our games or related services, including but not limited to features, gameplay mechanics, virtual items, or in-game currency, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or liability.
